Dr. Lauren J. Hoffman

Licensed Clinical Psychologist · 10+ years in practice
Dr. Hoffman specializes in treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and related challenges in children, teens, and adults. She has advanced training and expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Known for her warmth and down-to-earth approach, she has a particular focus on supporting teens and young adults (20s and 30s) navigating the complexities of adolescence and early adulthood.
Born and raised outside of Philadelphia (and a loyal Eagles fan), Dr. Hoffman received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. She began her career as an Assistant Professor at the Columbia University Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CUCARD) before opening her private practice.
