Hello and welcome!
We all experience anxiety. We're familiar with a racing heart, worry about how things will turn out, and that urge to say no to things that make us uncomfortable. For some, those feelings of anxiety are overwhelming and get in the way of living life to the fullest. If you or a loved one can relate, you're in the right place for help.

I am a New York City-based licensed clinical psychologist specializing in treating anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and related challenges, including perfectionism, chronic stress, sleep issues, and school or work difficulties. I have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ExRP), as well as mindfulness and acceptance-based techniques. I work with children, teens, and adults, with a particular focus on young adults (20s and 30s) navigating life transitions, career pressure, burnout, and relationship stress.
In addition to providing individual therapy, I value facilitating workshops and trainings for schools and organizations and providing clinical supervision for other professionals. I bring warmth, genuineness, and a sense of humor to all facets of my work.

Born and raised outside of Philadelphia, I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and my doctorate in clinical psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. I was fortunate to start my career as a clinical psychologist at the Columbia University Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CUCARD) before transitioning to private practice. Please see here for more information about my background and here for information about services provided.
