Our team values collaboration and education within the mental health community. We regularly provide trainings and workshops for mental health professionals, teachers, and parents.

In addition, we’re currently collecting interest for three upcoming CBT-based workshops for the public, focused on coping with anxiety and stress, navigating your 20s & 30s, and managing perfectionism. These small-group sessions teach practical, grounded coping skills. Join the interest list here.

Clinical Supervision

Dr. Hoffman is pleased to offer clinical supervision to graduate students and established professionals hoping to further develop skills for treating anxiety disorders and/or OCD. She enjoys helping fellow clinicians grow more confident in understanding and using evidence-based techniques in their practice. ​She provides both individual and group supervision based on interest and need.
