Dr. Lauren J. Hoffman
Founder & Clinical Director​
Dr. Hoffman is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety disorders, OCD, and related challenges. She works with children, teens, adults, and parents, with particular expertise in guiding teens and young adults through life transitions. Known for her warmth and sense of humor, she creates a supportive environment where clients can thrive.
Dr. Allie Bond
Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Bond is a postdoctoral fellow who works with teens, young adults, and adults. She specializes in CBT and ERP for anxiety, OCD, and trauma. She also helps clients navigate life changes and stressors related to health, reproductive mental health, relationships, and identity, with a compassionate and grounded approach.
She practices under Dr. Hoffman’s supervision as she completes the final steps for licensure. Clients benefit from Dr. Bond’s warmth and expertise, with the added support of a senior psychologist.
