Anxiety and OCD therapy in NYC

Our team has advanced training in evidence-based treatments for anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and related challenges. We specialize in supporting young adults (20s & 30s) navigating the pressures and changes of early adulthood. We also enjoy working with school-age children, teens, adults, and parents.

Our approach helps you understand your emotions, reduce worry, and build coping tools that make a difference day to day. We focus on your strengths, helping you move toward lasting change with curiosity, compassion, and collaboration.
